We charge based on the square footage and amount of touching points, everything needs to be cleaned. We suggest having an idea of square footage , pics or videos of the space. For safety reasons we are limiting inspection visits.
We use Virustotal products to do fogger and Biowash all surfaces and touching points all EDA and EPA approved; Additionally We have Odorox Machines and Hydroxyls.The Odorox was tested on a variety of viruses, bacteria, and mold chosen by the FDA as some of the toughest. The viruses and bacteria were aerosolized in the test to mimic the way they are often transmitted through actions like people coughing. All of the tests had kill rates of between 4 and 5 log reductions (99.99% - 99.999%) within 2 hours.
The first step is to do a bio-wash, clean all surfaces and reinforcing touching points , place equipment for 24 hours and fogger. It’s a triple Threat against pathogens.
Depending on the space, size and surfaces. If it's a small space 2 days total without anyone accessing the property, we do let the equipment run for 24 hs.
